Shared Parenting Approach 3

Ohio Divorce Attorney

Incorporating Franklin County, Ohio Domestic Court Local Rule 27 Which Is NOT a Fifty-Fifty Time Allocation

In this approach, one parent has time every other weekend schedule for one parent, plus for that parent one mid-week evening every week.

1. Mother's Regular Parenting Time During the School Year. For the regular parenting schedule during the school year, the minor child/children shall be with Mother except for that time that is specifically allocated to Father herein.

2. Father's Regular Parenting Time During the School Year. Unless the Parties agree otherwise and except as set forth herein, Father shall be entitled to regular parenting time with the Parties minor child/children in accordance with the model schedule of the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, Franklin County, Ohio, as set forth in Local Rule 27, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. For purposes of this Local Rule and whenever the Local Rule is referenced in this Plan, Father shall be the "non-residential parent" so that it is clear what Father's time allocation is.
